The Cross Guest House is situated on the A1104 between Mablethorpe and Maltby-le-Marsh. We offer four en-suite guest rooms, all of which are on the ground floor with external doors. There is a small 2inch step into the breakfast room. The smallest door opening is 30" wide.

Our nearest shop is 0.3 miles away (Petrol Station). Mablethorpe high street is 0.8 miles away. Walking along Alford Road, the beach is approximately a 20 minute walk, (1.2 miles). Sutton-on-Sea is 3 miles away. The bus stops right outside our gate. Buses go to Skegness, Alford, Louth, Lincoln, Boston and Grimsby. Services can be limited, contact 01522 782070 for details. The nearest railway station is Skegness, approximately 16 miles away. Taxis are usually available at the station but we can book one for you in advance if required. There are several local taxis companies. Mablethorpe promenade is accessible by wheelchair. There are two mobility shops: Gregorys in Sutton-on-sea and Seacroft in Mablethorpe. Mobility scooters can be hired on a daily or weekly basis. All our electrical items on the premises are PAT tested. All of our information can be provided in large print if required. We regret we do not have facilities to prepare documents in Braille. Our check in time is between 2pm & 9pm. Earlier and later arrival is acceptable by arrangement. We have ample parking for all rooms. Parking is on a level drive at the front of the Guest House. We offer assistance with luggage if required.
Please ring the bell allocated on the French doors. There is a 2" step into the reception/breakfast room. We will collect some information from you before showing you to your room.
The Cross Guest House rooms are all located on the ground floor, accessed by external doors that open into our grounds. The breakfast room is located at the centre of the building also on the ground floor.
Breakfast is served in our breakfast room at a time to suit you. The breakfast room has a solid wood floor and has four tables with chairs. A selection of local information, maps, magazines and games are available.
All our bedrooms are en-suite. Our Red room has a King size bed. Our Green and Brown rooms can be Super king size or twin beds, and are family rooms with additional beds. Our Gold room can be Super King Size or Twin beds and is disabled and elderly friendly with a large wet room. Televisions with built in Freeview/DVD player and tea and coffee making facilities are provided in all rooms, and 3 of our rooms have fridges. Our beds are made up with duvets, but we are happy to provide sheets and blankets if preferred (please advise when booking). There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers or dressing table and bed side tables with table lights in all of our rooms. Towels are changed every three days or on request. Bed linen is changed every five days or on request. There is a guest folder in each room which contains further information about The Cross Guest House including details of our fire regulations.
The car park, gardens and entry to each room is on one level. We have outside seating areas comprising of wooden benches and iron and wooden patio furniture.
The Cross Guest House is a no smoking building. There are smoke detectors fitted throughout the Guest House with fire extinguishers in the breakfast room. Fire regulations can be found in all rooms. All dietary requirements are catered for, please advise when booking. We are also happy to refrigerate any medication or freezer blocks etc. Sorry to say we do not accept pets.
